Either the equal volume method or the equal mass method can be used. Generally, the equal-mass method is more commonly used. The meter weight of aluminum material X the number of meters + residual pressure = rod weight, and the length of the rod can be determined.
Extrusion length = (length of aluminum rod / upsetting coefficient - excess thickness) * extrusion ratio
Rod length = (extrusion length / extrusion ratio + excess thickness) * upsetting coefficient
Among them, the upsetting coefficient = the cross-sectional area of the cast rod/the cross-sectional area of the extrusion cylinder, and the above is the volume method.
Practical weight method: aluminum rod weight = extrusion length * profile meter weight + residual weight
