What are the common failure causes of single-head hydraulic pipe benders

time2021/02/25

What to do if the single-head hydraulic pipe bender encounters problems during use?
First, the piston rod of the single-head hydraulic pipe bender stretches out a certain length and shakes the handle, and the top rod stretches and shrinks. Treatment method: the oil filler plug is not loosened, and the oil outlet valve port in the pump body is not sealed. The oil outlet valve steel ball is not rounded. There is waste in the oil. Clean the engine oil and replace the steel ball. Oil leakage at the piston rods of the large and small pumps. Treatment: Damaged sealing ring Replace the sealing ring in the spare parts bag.
Oil leakage at the switch. Solution: The pressure ring inside the switch is too loose. After removing the limit screw and switch, tighten the pressure ring. The ejector rod is weak and unable to work.
What should we do in general? If the steel ball in the switch is not well sealed, and the top of the single-head hydraulic pipe bender does not hold the steel ball or drop the steel ball, we can add a steel ball, and then exchange the steel ball to tighten the switch.
