Single head hydraulic pipe bender is popular recently: when the pipe diameter is 20 mm and below, the pipe bender is pulled by hand. The pipe simmer should be selected according to the diameter of the pipe. It is not allowed to replace the small with the large, let alone replace the large with the small. When simmering the pipe, put the pipe simmer on the tortuous part of the pipe (i.e. the tortuous point), step on the pipe with your feet, pull the handle of the pipe simmer, and apply a certain force to make the pipe slightly tortuous. Then move the pipe simmer backward point by point, repeat the previous action until the back end of the bending part, so that the pipe gradually simmers out the required bending radius and bending point.

When the pipe diameter is 25 mm and above, the hydraulic pipe bender shall be used, and the die shall be selected according to the requirements of the bending radius of the pipe, that is, the pipe with the line drawn shall be put into the die of the pipe bender, so that the bending point of the pipe is aligned with the bending point of the pipe bender, and then the clamp shall be tightened. When bending, the bending point shall be continuous when it is 1 ° to 2 ° larger than the required view point, Return the pipe bender to the starting point, and measure the bending radius and bending point with the template. It should be noted that the outer diameter of the bent pipe must be close to the bending die, otherwise the pipe will be concave.
Hot simmer method: when selecting hot simmer method for larger diameter pipe, fill the pipe with vibrated and fried sand before simmer, and plug both ends tightly. After heating on the oven or coke fire, place it on the mold.
When gas welding is used to heat the simmer pipe, first draw the straight section on the steel pipe, and then draw the heating length L. first preheat the L section, and then start from the zigzag point, and bend while heating. The radius of the zigzag section should be as much as possible to avoid wrinkles on the surface of the zigzag section. The heating length l can be calculated by a simple formula: l = π DR / 180 = 0.0175dr. Because the view angle retracts about 2 ° to 3 ° after the bending cooling, the preset bending view angle is slightly smaller than that of bending by 2 to 3 degrees.
