The service life of the sealing ring is limited. Generally, it is necessary to replace the new sealing ring after about two years, or the oil cylinder is roughened, and the sealing ring is worn out. The pipe bender is divided into four control valves and five oil cylinders. The main oil cylinder drives the movement of the bending arm. The two clamping cylinders control the clamping die to clamp. The core pulling cylinder plays the role of mandrel core pulling. There is also auxiliary pushing to prevent the deformation of the pipe and promote the bending of the pipe.

During the daily use of the pipe bender, it is necessary to check whether the pipe bender leaks oil at any time. In the face of the oil leakage, it is necessary to deal with it correctly in time: if the oil cylinder is pulled down and replaced with a new sealing ring, it is good to install it.
