Extruder is the main equipment for the production of light alloy (aluminum alloy, copper alloy and magnesium alloy) pipes, bars and profiles. Its emergence and development only took more than a century, but great changes have taken place. From a few meganewton manual hydraulic press, it has developed into a 200 meganewton fully automatic hydraulic press. The types of extruders have also greatly increased. The capacity and quantity of extruders reflect the production technology level of an enterprise.
Extruder structure:
The extruder is mainly composed of three parts: mechanical part, hydraulic part and electrical part.
The mechanical part is composed of base, pre-stressed frame-type tension column, front cross beam, movable cross beam, X-shaped guided extrusion cylinder seat, extrusion shaft, ingot supply mechanism, residual separation shear, sliding die seat, etc.
The hydraulic system is mainly composed of master cylinder, side cylinder, locking cylinder, perforated cylinder, large-capacity axial piston variable displacement pump, electro-hydraulic ratio servo valve (or electro-hydraulic proportional regulating valve), position sensor, oil pipe, oil tank and various hydraulic switches.
The electrical part is mainly composed of power supply cabinet, operation console, PLC programmable controller, upper industrial control computer and display screen.
