The effect of solid lubricant used in a small extruder in China is also good, but because of its relatively low flash point and softening point, neither quality nor performance can meet the requirements of medium-sized extruder. In this case, researchers also thought of many ways to realize large-scale pressurized lubrication machine, but the results were not satisfactory. For example:
1. The automatic pressure pad needs to be lubricated when the acetylene flame is sprayed, ignited and sprayed. During the extrusion process, the aluminum ingot will not be bonded with the extruded blank after the use of acetylene black smoke in contact with the pad side of the pad. However, this method requires not only the complex structure of the working environment where the acetylene gas pipe is connected, but also the large combustion pollution, and the safety is poor.
2. The boron nitride powder extrusion die pad and cover are used for lubrication, but they still have the same disadvantages. Therefore, the research and development of extrusion lubricant to meet the growing demand of ideal separation of large domestic extrusion equipment is an urgent matter.

3. At the same time, it can maintain good thermal stability and better lubrication even under high temperature.
4. Pay attention to the process. The price we care about must have a high cost performance ratio.
