2. Why does the color change when the aluminum extruder works normally?
During the normal operation of the aluminum profile extruder, because the surface of the aluminum ingot at high temperature will oxidize with the oxygen in the air, the aluminum ingot will have some shades of light. This is a normal reaction, but the profile will not become light.
3. What is the reason for the low pressure of the aluminum extruder?
During the extrusion process, the extrusion pressure is affected by deformation resistance, processing rate, billet length, die angle, extrusion speed, friction standard, extrusion cylinder temperature and other factors. First, determine whether there is a problem with the hydraulic pump. If not, check the governor valve and tighten the pressure regulating handwheel. Manually press the valve core of the speed regulating valve to check whether there is pressure. The pressure needs to be set at 21Mpa.
