3. Surface damage of parts (key cause)
The surface damage of parts is mainly caused by erosion, damage, and contact fatigue, which are all ineffective methods that slowly occur along with the duration of work hours, such as damage to sliding rails, and erosion of shaft sleeves.
4. Invalidity caused by destroying all normal working standards
For example, liquid friction rolling bearings can only work normally when there is a detailed lubricating grease film; If this essential standard is destroyed, it will result in different types of invalidity, such as overheating of rolling bearings, plywood, damage, etc., and invalidity of pulley deviation.

3. The aluminum alloy profile extrusion machine must achieve the required heating temperature in the molding mold and barrel to carry out the actual operation of seasoning extrusion molding, reducing the working intensity of the equipment when extruding aluminum profiles.
4. The rotational speed ratio of the extruder screw needs to be gradually increased from low to high, and the time of high rotational speed in the cylinder is less than 2-3 minutes.
5. During the international idle running time of the extruder screw in the material barrel, pay more attention to the operation status of the main motor of the extruder.
6. Pay attention to the operating state of the extruder motor anytime and anywhere, and prevent long-term overload conditions, which will reduce its service life.
7. The connection condition of each component should be checked, and the fixed anchor bolts should be fixed according to the standard actual operation to check whether there is any looseness.
8. Each moistening position and each shift need to carry out an inspection to see if sufficient moistening has been carried out.
9. The rolling bearing temperature of the aluminum alloy extrusion machine should not exceed 50 ℃.
10. Finished products on the extruder screw should be immediately cleaned and tidy.
11. After completing daily work, immediately remove the residue left after the extrusion molding of aluminum alloy profiles by the extruder, including the cleaning of mold shells, extruder screws, and material barrels.
12. Clean the filter screen of the gasoline pump on time, and maintain the gasoline pump paddle and pump housing. Properly use a thermometer to check the difference between the temperature of the gasoline pump and the new gasoline pump, so that you can understand the relative leakage status of the gasoline pump. No matter how good the sealing standard of the suction and delivery pipes is, the gasoline pump has certain suction conditions, so it is necessary to pay attention to the oil in the car tank.
13. Overhaul requires accumulated work experience. Usually, use the operating console to handle the temperature of the oil circuit board of the magnetic induction machine equipment.
14. If a problem occurs, immediately record the maintenance to prevent the same common failure from occurring next time. Having a certain understanding of the speed of the machine and equipment can prevent the probability of maintenance.
15. It is important to maintain the cleaning of the gear oil. If there are holes on the surface of the email, they should not be repaired properly. The special requirement is that the hole where the return oil pipe penetrates into the surface of the vehicle fuel tank must be sealed with a rubber sleeve.
16. Frequently detect the working pressure and natural pressure of the equipment table, and use an ammeter to measure the three current quantities of the motor. Maintain all normal operation of the motor to prevent sudden shutdown due to burning or excessive weight of the motor.
