Structural structure of the pipe bending machine:
(1) BENDING DIE
Installation: a. Remove the wheel mold fixing nut (FIG-7 (1) in a counterclockwise direction. b. Insert the wheel mold and then tighten the wheel mold fixing nut.
(2) CLAMP DIE
Installation: a. Pull out the clamping die to fix the centering shaft (FIG-7 (2). b. Insert the clamping mold and then insert the fixed spindle.
Adjustment: a. Loosen the fixed clamping seat (FIG-7 (3)), then place the control panel in manual mode, press the clamping button (FIG-7 (3)) until the end of the clamping path. (At this time, there needs to be a gap between the wheel mold and the clamping die, and the screw (FIG-7 (4)) can be adjusted by the clamping die seat.).
b. Adjust the clamping seat and screw (FIG-7 (4)) to ensure that the clamping and wheel molds are completely sealed.
c. Press the unclamp button (FIG-4 (6)) to move the clamp back, then rotate the clamp adjustment screw (FIG-7 (4)) clockwise by about 1/2-1/4 turn.
d. Then tighten the fixing nut (FIG-7 (3)) of the clamping seat.
(3) PRESSURE DIE
Installation: a. Remove the fixing screws (FIG-7 (8)) of the guide mold, and then place the guide mold in.
b. Just tighten the guide screw.
Adjustment: a. Loosen the fixing nut (FIG-7 (5) of the guide mold seat, then place the control panel in manual mode, press the clamp button (FIG-4 (3)) until the end of the guide mold path (there must be a gap between the wheel mold and the guide mold, which can be adjusted using the guide mold adjustment screw (FIG-7 (6))).
b. Adjust the guide seat adjustment screw (FIG-7 (6)) to ensure that the guide mold is completely fitted with the wheel mold.
c. Press or release the clamp button (FIG-4 (6)), then turn the guide mold adjustment screw (FIG-7 (6) clockwise by about 1/2-1/4 turn.
d. Then tighten the fixing screw (FIG-7 (6)) of the guide mold seat.
(4) Core rod
Installation: a. Insert the core rod into the through rod in a clockwise direction.
b. Then fix the core rod with the fixing screw (FIG-7 (8)).
(Please note that the core rod must match the direction of bending the bent pipe)
